The CPC3 (Common Powertrain Controller 3) is the central powertrain unit used in Mercedes-Benz trucks MP3 Actros / Axor / Atego (2007–2011). It is responsible for communication between the engine, transmission, and other vehicle systems. A malfunction in the CPC3 often leads to serious problems when starting or operating the vehicle.
