This DSG 7 control unit often fails on vehicles with the DQ200 Direct Shift (DSG) gearbox. If you can communicate with the DSG acceleration system, the following error codes may be stored:
16946/P0562/001378 - Low voltage system
005636/P1604 - Internal control module
P189C/006300 - Functional limitation due to insufficient pressure build-up.
If you experience any of the above issues it is usually a clear indication that your DSG 7 control unit is faulty.
