DSG 7-speed DQ381 is a special type of automatic gearbox with seven speeds and double clutch. This gearbox has been widely used in the Audi , Skoda , Volkswagen and Seat brands since 2017.
There are many different sensors for DSG DQ381. All these sensors go to the Mechatronic - the control brain of the DSG gearbox where all signals are processed. Sensors together with various solenoids and actuators are responsible for initiating the right gear at the right time and operating the clutch.
It is therefore important that the software and valve body do not contain any malfunctions.
The error codes P173500 (Clutch position sensor1) and P173600 (Clutch position sensor 2) in the control unit of these transmissions refer to defective sensors that register the position of the clutch plates.
Cloning of used mechatronics is also possible with us.
