Easytronic disassembly instructions

  • Place the lever in position (N)
  • Disconnect plugs from Easytronic clutch actuator.
  • Loosen the 4 screws around the clutch actuator rebuild.
  • Unscrew the 2 screws from the clutch pump.
  • Pull firmly on the clutch pump housing.
  • Clutch actuator can be disassembled without removing the pump, to do this disconnect the cable Easytronic clutch pump.

Note: clutch pumps are often damaged, the cost of a new one is €100 excluding VAT. Remove the pump from Easytronic and the risk of damage is reduced, and you do not have to bleed the system after the repair.
