Postage costs
All prices stated on the ABS-Stuurapparaten website do not include shipping costs.
The shipping costs also include a contribution for shipping, but also serve to prepare your order for shipment and the administrative processing. The contribution never covers the full costs we incur for processing your order.
Shipping and handling rates:
- for sending regular packages within the Netherlands € 15.00 small size
- for sending regular packages within the Netherlands € 20.00 large size
- for sending regular packages to Belgium and Germany € 20.00
- for sending regular packages within Europe €20.00 to €35.00
- Different rates apply for sending to countries outside the EU
We usually ship our packages with PostNL and DPD .
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in cash or by bank transfer.
Payment methods:
CASH PAYMENT ON COLLECTION
If you choose to pick up your order, you can pay in cash on the spot.
PRIOR PAYMENT
Upon completion of the service you requested, you will receive an invoice by email. This invoice has a secure payment link, with which you can pay directly via Shopify Payments. Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment.
PAYMENT AFTERWARDS
For our regular customers we offer the option to pay afterwards. You will then receive a clear email invoice with payment options via Shopify Payments, including options such as credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Bank transfer also remains an option for your convenience.
GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS
If payment is not made in cash, payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Payment must be completed using the Shopify payment methods we offer, in the currency of the invoice.
LATE PAYMENT
If payment is not made on time and is still not received after three reminders, we are forced to charge an administrative surcharge of 3% of the total invoice amount. If it is necessary to outsource the claim to a collection agency, the additional collection costs will also be borne by the consumer.
